Noah, is the proud founder of PesolaInc LLC, a highly reputable private investigation firm. 

Noah's journey towards establishing his own investigative firm was marked by a solid foundation in education. He graduated from Hamline University, where he obtained degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as a degree in Psychology, demonstrating his dedication to understanding the complexities of human behavior and the intricacies of the legal system. Additionally, Noah pursued a minor in Forensic Science, honing his expertise in the scientific methods crucial to forensic investigations.

To further augment his knowledge and practical skills, Noah attended both the Montana Law Enforcement Academy and the Montana Highway Patrol Advanced Academy. These academies provided comprehensive training in law enforcement techniques, tactics, and procedures, equipping Noah with the necessary tools for a successful career in investigative work.

Noah is a highly accomplished and respected individual who has dedicated his career to public service and law enforcement.

During his time as a trooper, Noah acquired a wide array of certifications and training, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and staying ahead of industry trends. As an ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement) certified officer, he has played a crucial role in detecting and preventing impaired driving, ensuring the safety of road users. Additionally, Noah's expertise in crash investigations has allowed him to meticulously analyze evidence to determine the causes behind them.

Noah's proficiency in officer tactics made him an invaluable asset to the force. He served as a Field Training Officer (FTO), mentoring and shaping the next generation of law enforcement officers, equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate challenging situations and protect public safety. Furthermore, his roles as a Special Response Team member, Use of Force Instructor, Deadly Encounter Instructor, and Active Shooter Instructor have showcased his expertise in handling high-risk situations.

In addition, Noah has embraced cutting-edge technology as a drone pilot, effectively utilizing drones for search and rescue missions, aerial surveillance, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
